Grilled Lamb Chops

8 lamb chops
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 of vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic, minced


1. Using a resealable plastic bag, mix together all ingredients. Add lamb, let marinate in the
refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Preheat barbeque to a medium high heat.
3. Remove lamb from marinade (discard marinade). Grill on each side for about 3 minutes.
