Hummus and Crudites

2 celery stalks
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
Cut vegetables into sticks
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 cup water
2 tbls tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)


1. Drain and rinse chickpeas
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
3. Serve with vegetables
