1 head kale
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt, for sprinkling
1. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove the ribs and cut into 1 ½ inch pieces.
2. Toss with olive oil and spread on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake in a 275 F oven for about 20min.
4. Kale should be crisp
