2 cups water
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup mashed yam or sweet potato
1/2 cooked wild rice

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

4. Wait until bubbles for on the top of the pancake, then flip, and at cook for about 5
